The
Republic of Ireland’s Children’s Minister, Francis Fitzgerald, has said that a
report into the deaths of children known to the Health Services Executive, shows
that they had been failed. She says that it is a disgrace that missed interventions
have resulted in lost childhoods and child deaths.
The
