The only apparent relevant qualification of the new Children’s Minister is his name - Goodwill.
We certainly need a lot of goodwill in
children’s social care.
Otherwise Robert Goodwill seems to know about farming
and transport and immigration, but there seems to be no evidence that he knows very much
about children or child protection.
Perhaps he is a quick learner?
I won’t hold my breath.
